Thoughts after twilight was birthed out of my desire to express what God is doing in my life, and a site dedicated to prayer and devotion. Over time things have evolved to what you see today. It is still a work in progress, but if it is anything like my life it will always be.
A little about me.
I am a man of many hats. I do many things every day. Sometimes life and circumstance try to knock me down. The only thing that keeps me grounded, and going the right direction is my faith.
I live a common life through the word of God, prayer, and Sacrament. I am a pilgrim on a journey with other pilgrims from my parish and monastic community. Building my foundation on the Rule of Saint Benedict I stand as a beacon of light and direction to those who come and seek.
Thoughts After Twilight is not just a blog. Yes it is a place where I journal and write about the Saints. Yet it is much more then that. You see the title is really what this place is about. It has been in the past, and still is my thoughts and reflections on life.

KB, I think of you often, holding you in the light of God’s love and strength. You are a blessing to many and I hope we will meet in person someday soon.
Thanks Father for such nice comments. You and your parish are in my prayers. I sent you a email some time ago. I am not sure you recieved it. I will resend it tonight when I get home.

God’s blessings on you as you discern your future. And you’re to be commended by using the media to further the Gospel message. Peace and blessings!
Thank you Brother Vito for such kind words. It is my prayer and hope that by means of the internet people young and old will be opened up to authentic orthodox Christianity.
I pray for blessings of every kind for you, your ministry, and your fellow brothers.
Kirk,
I dropped by to visit your blog today. This is a great site and is useful for building up the Body of Christ. Keep up the good work. May your love for Christ always be reflected in your service to his bride.
Blessings,
Allen Bennett
Hello.
I am writing on behalf of Mr. Daniel Friedmann. As a Catholic blogger, I am sure you have readers who wrestle with the apparent conflicts between the words of The Bible and the findings of science (typically portrayed as creation versus evolution). If so, you will be interested in Mr. Friedmann’s new book: The Genesis One Code. This ground-breaking book helps reconcile the timelines of Biblical history and the timelines of scientific history – discovering that religion and science are indeed compatible.
Attached is a press release. Mr. Friedmann is available for interviews, and he can send a PDF of his book. Simply reply to this email to request a PDF copy, and an interview if desired.
We hope we will have the chance to work together on this.
